🔶Bezel
1. Joker and HANKOOK Korean Ceramic Factory have comprehensively analyzed the composition of the original Cerachrom green ceramic outer ring. The characteristic of the Rolex Cerachrom ceramic bezel is its exquisite craftsmanship. First, a certain amount of colorant, plasticizer, etc. are added to the nano zirconium oxide powder, and then dried and solidified. Then the particles are dispersed and injected into the mold cavity through the injection molding equipment to form the ceramic bezel blank, which completes a small part of the whole process. Then, the green blank is made by high-temperature sintering for 96 hours to 1600℃, and then precision machining and surface polishing process are made into a pure and bright green bezel. The color has been debugged hundreds of times, and finally presented to everyone a hall-level golden emerald green ceramic bezel. It is difficult for professionals to distinguish the authenticity with the naked eye.
2. The bezel scale is copied according to the original 3D scanning. The gap between the head of each number is large and the gap at the bottom is small, rather than the equidistant gap between the head and the tail in the market! The scale is laser engraved and polished. Zoom in to see that the edge of each scale is micro-chamfered in accordance with the genuine product.
3. The coloring of the molded numbers, scales and lettering of the Rolex ceramic outer ring adopts the Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) technology. During the process, according to the metal material of the watch, a one-micron-thick metal is completely covered on the ceramic. The final polishing process will remove the metal on the surface of the ceramic, giving the outer ring a bright luster. The precious metals on the numbers, scales and lettering will be retained, clear and easy to read. Joker follows the original factory process. First, the ceramic ring with embedded numbers and scales is fired, and then the entire bezel is plated with platinum. Then the metal coating on the bezel is polished and removed, retaining the metal coating of the numbers and time scales, while the rest of the ceramic color shows a smooth and bright effect. In this way, 18k platinum powder is electroplated on the scale font at high temperature, making the font color durable, and it will not fade or turn black when exposed to water or oil.
4. Beeswax-colored night pearl! Double-sided spherical arc-shaped sapphire glass beads, when magnified, you can see the milky white color of the inner metal edge, and the luminous color is consistent with the luminous color of the nail.
5. Inner buckle ring! The ceramic ring and the ring base are combined in an inner buckle manner, not bonded with double-sided tape by small factories on the market. The tolerance of the ring base and the ceramic ring must be controlled within 3c, otherwise the ceramic ring is very easy to burst during the assembly process!
🔶 Font
1. The scale of the font is round and smooth, and the inner and outer edges are flawless, smooth and translucent without vibration
2. The font is printed without burrs, and the edge of the font is three-dimensional, full and shiny as the center of the font
3. The font scale is filled with Swiss imported liquid powder ore luminous powder, numbered BGW9 Swiss super luminous, the surface is sandstone glass-like, the luminous brightness of the night pearl, the watch hands, and the scale nails are consistent, and the surface luminous powder is slightly lower than the edge of the scale bar nail
3. Pointer
The center axis of the Joker pointer and the second hand is flat, the edge is chamfered, and the raised part of the center axis is higher than the center plane of the second hand. All three needles are hand-polished and batched, and the real platinum is electroplated for a brighter effect. Equipped with Swiss BGW9 ice blue luminous, the luminous effect is better! The grooves of the minute hand and the hour hand are polished more perfectly, and the burrs are not visible to the naked eye. The front end of the pointer is sharper and rounder and does not scratch the hand.
🔶 Case
1. The overall case is made of imported 904L fine steel, which contains 1.5 times more (chromium, nickel, and molybdenum) than 316L. It is more corrosion-resistant and not easy to oxidize, and it is also wear-resistant and scratch-resistant. Many places have been high-strength brushed. The case shape benefits from the original mold, and the chamfers and arcs fit the original, perfectly restoring the original feel and temperament, and the size and thickness are the same as the original.
2. Screw-in crown, triple buckle lock triple waterproof system, shoulder protection on the left and right sides of the crown, and the ROLEX classic crown engraved on the top of the crown, the size and position are consistent, the engraving is subtle, clearly visible, and the feel is obviously bumpy.
3. Inner shadow: The laser LOGO on the oblique inner shadow, the English and digital fonts are consistent with the original, and each watch has a different code, and there is no duplication.
4. The bottom cover has clear three-dimensional teeth, the polished edges are consistent with the original, and the teeth and flat round chamfers are consistent with the original.
5. The background color of the CNC engraved font on the case is bright and consistent with the original.
🔶Steel band
The steel band has a beaded middle and polished sides, which feels great; the edge of the band is very smooth. The three-link folding clasp is more refined after polishing, and the details on the inside of the clasp are neater and more delicate. The steel band ear screws are hand-polished, and there will be no problem of slipping and difficulty in screwing. The “Dragon and Phoenix Picture” and other engravings in the clasp are made with the same process as the original, not ordinary laser and water erosion. The dragon and phoenix LOGO is rounded around, and the background is very fine and granular, and it feels smooth to the touch. The outer plate of the clasp is square and is machine-pressed 904L stainless steel. The outer safety buckle of the clasp is the same as the original. Just hold the inside of the clasp with your finger and press the buckle body with another finger, and the outer safety buckle will automatically pop open.
🔶Movement
